From time to time we offer discounts and coupons to our loyal customers. Claiming our rewards and coupons is easy and straightforward.

  2. Browse our catalogue and add the products you want to purchase
  3. Click on the shopping cart in the top right-hand corner to proceed with your purchase
  4. On the shopping cart page enter your coupon code to receive your discount

Check your points

Every time you purchase an item from 4WD Mega Mart you could be occurring points. To check how many points you have recieved from your purchases please follow the following instructions.

How to check points

Delivery fees will vary depending the items ordered, the size of the items, weight and location of the products you choose to purchase as well as your selected delivery location. Your delivery fee will be calculated and displayed when you check out before you buy your products.

Please note: As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address (unless an Authority To Leave (ATL) service is selected during checkout). The courier will require a signature from the purchaser or authorised person at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot. It will then be the responsibility of the purchaser to collect the goods from the designated depot or to arrange re-delivery at their expense.

4wd Mega Mart recommends all deliveries be shipped to an address that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any redelivery delays and or fees.

If something is missing from your order it may be because we had to split the delivery of what you ordered and the next post will deliver the remaining parts.

If you have received an item which is different to what is listed on your invoice we’ll happily exchange it and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

  • A completed Returns Form is required when sending goods back to us
  • Original packaging in original condition. Goods must not be fitted or used
  • We will refund postage costs but only standard post or standard parcels for larger items. You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate 1st class postage cost
  • Please attention the package to “GOODS DEPARTMENT”

Accidents do happen, we have a cooling off period to allow you to modify your order. In the first 30 minutes after your order is placed you can cancel your order. As long as you have signed into your account you can visit your account and visit your ‘Order History’.

Go into the ‘View Order Details’ area and if you are still within 30 minutes there will be an option to cancel.

We release your purchases from multiple warehouses across Australia; please be aware that your order may be split into two or three packages, your purchases may not arrive together in one delivery.

The shopping cart offers multiple delivery methods which saves you money. However, will affect how long it will take for your order to arrive. Please confirm your delivery information for your chosen postage type before contacting us about an order that hasn’t arrived yet.


If your delivery was being made using a tracked service, your dispatch email would give you the details of postage type. You can track and trace your email from the courier’s website.
