Refund terms and conditions
- In the event, you change your mind about your purchase, and it’s within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase and the items are unopened and not damaged you may return your purchases.
- Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.
- Refunds are only processed when we have received the products back to our premises, and they have been inspected.
- Returns under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee will be refunded in the amount you paid for the product less the initial delivery charges as set out in your Order Confirmation email which you authorise us to deduct off the balance to be refunded to you.
- We may refund by credit card or direct deposit.
- Refunds take approximately 5-10 days by credit card or direct deposit.
- Store Purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase.
- Online purchases must be returned to one of the following locations with your proof of purchase:
- In order to obtain a refund, you must first return the product(s) at your own cost.
How to return an item
- Put your unused item back in its original manufacturer’s branded packing.
- Place your completed returns form with the item and parcel them both up together
Please post the item(s) to the address provided on the return authorisation form sent to you once your request to return the product has been provided.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is being returned as a result of our error (eg damaged, defective, wrong item sent etc) we will refund Standard Parcel postage costs.
